A leading digital experience agency in Greater London is seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead end-to-end website delivery projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies with at least 5 years of experience managing complex projects. You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing projects while ensuring high customer satisfaction. This hybrid role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to manage project budgets effectively.
We are Remarkable – a digital experience agency built to power transformative customer journeys. We partner with ambitious, forward-thinking brands to create high-performing platforms, products, and content strategies through platforms like Sitecore, Optimizely, and Microsoft Dynamics. With deep expertise across cloud, content, commerce, and CRM, we help brands across sectors - especially B2B - connect with their audiences, accelerate performance, and scale with confidence. We’re collaborative, curious, and outcome-focused. We thrive on solving complex challenges and delivering work that makes a difference. If you're passionate about elevating content from a tactical asset to a strategic advantage, this is the place for you.
To plan, manage, facilitate and execute the delivery of all projects or assignments you have been allocated, with a strong focus on end-to-end website design and development projects.
Through predefined deadlines and budgets, your role is to ensure all resources are scheduled (and kept up to date should projects change), scope is actively managed, proven experience managing change request trackers and delivery remains aligned to budgets, timelines and agreed deliverables. You are responsible for driving the project forward with your team, ensuring a high-quality outcome through to go‑live and beyond.
All projects must be reported on, managed and documented properly and consistently to maintain our expected delivery standards and accuracy.
Customer service and customer satisfaction is always a top priority. You will work directly with clients day‑to‑day and are expected to be commercially savvy, proactively identifying opportunities for new work and ensuring delivery milestones support invoicing and profitability across your squad. This role requires strong ownership of commercial delivery: you’ll be expected to forecast accurately and proactively manage project burn, while driving delivery firmly against agreed milestones to ensure the agency meets its invoicing points and does not miss any billing opportunities.
Based on the project types within the agency that range from Waterfall and Scrum, you are expected to be trained and certified to manage Agile Scrum teams to successfully execute the appropriate adoption and management style when called upon.
The Project Manager must be able to run all Scrum ceremonies effectively and in line with the Agile framework from the get‑go.
Our clients expect Agile ceremonies to be run professionally and smoothly, and our developers rely on them to plan capacity and stay on track with delivery.
Successfully managing many projects, of varying size and complexity, at once. Ability to switch between clients and projects.
Owning a predefined client base and being responsible for that client base’s individual and collective projects with Remarkable Group and the profitability of those projects through the operation of clear and concise project management practices.
Demonstrating strong time management and decision‑making skills to manage projects with changing priorities.
Influencing and motivating – managing relationships with colleagues, suppliers and key stakeholders to co‑ordinate projects through to completion.
Budgeting – setting and planning budgets and managing projects in line with departmental objectives.
Consistently ensuring customer service levels are high and that Remarkable Group is a valued partner to its clients.
Providing a weekly report to your Line Manager and the wider business highlighting current projects, revenue/project pipeline, status (R.A.G), risks and mitigation strategies/solutions.
Leading end‑to‑end website delivery, including discovery, design coordination, user testing, development, testing, content migration planning, go‑live readiness and post‑launch support/warranty.
Proven experience with managing complex content migrations, that require manual and automated migration.
Proven experience working hands‑on with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Optimizely), including supporting content entry and delivering CMS training, with a strong understanding of how the system works to effectively guide and support clients.
Confidently managing technical delivery activities and dependencies such as:
Working effectively with developers, with enough technical understanding to challenge, unblock and translate technical detail into clear plans and stakeholder updates.
Ensuring projects are delivered against strict deliverables and milestones that directly impact invoicing, scope control and commercial performance.
Strong client‑facing capability, ideally with experience in account management/client services or acting as a primary client contact.
Commercial awareness and confidence managing delivery against strict deliverables, milestones, budgets and invoicing triggers.
Confident negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including managing scope creep and change requests.
