An innovative energy organization based in Culham is seeking an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor. This role involves leading recruitment for summer internships, apprenticeships, and graduate roles, managing assessment centres, and collaborating with hiring managers to enhance the recruitment process. The position offers a competitive salary of £32,577 plus excellent benefits and allows for hybrid working arrangements.
As an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll lead the full‑cycle recruitment for our Early Careers programmes including Summer Internships, Apprenticeships, Graduate roles, and One Year in Industry placements. You’ll manage assessment centres across various disciplines, build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and the Early Careers Development Team, champion our employer brand and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role is hybrid working with 3 days a week in our Culham, Oxford office
