Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide screenings and evaluations for skilled therapy intervention.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans focusing on measurable outcomes.
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans.
  • Provide supervision for assistants under compliance.
  • Maintain accurate patient records.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement activities.
