Qualifications

• Experience of working in a poolside environment is essential.
• NPLQ and First Aid at Work certification are required, but training will be provided.
• A qualification in sports and recreation (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and assisting the public in the facility.
• Undertake Lifeguarding duties ensuring safety at all times.
• Ensure high standards of Lifeguarding by all Leisure Assistants.
