Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a project co-ordination or similar role is essential.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is essential.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

  • Co-ordinate assigned projects from receipt of an order through to production and delivery.
  • Plan, monitor and update project schedules, actions and milestones.
  • Communicate clearly with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Track progress, identify risks and adapt plans as priorities change.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Support continuous improvement across processes and ways of working.

About the Role

We are a growing UK manufacturing business looking to recruit a highly organised and motivated Project Co-Ordinator to support the planning, delivery and tracking of multiple client manufacturing projects. This is a key role, requiring strong communication, excellent organisation and a determined mindset to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate assigned projects from receipt of an order through to production and delivery

  • Communicate clearly with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders
  • Track progress, identify risks and adapt plans as priorities change
