The Acute Frailty Ward (Previously Known as ACE) is looking for an enthusiastic Registered Nurse to be part of the Acute Frailty Team. The applicant must have good passion and compassion for healthcare for older people, has knowledge about Frailty and has understanding of the process and aim of the service which is to promote/encourage older patients to be independent as much as possible.
The applicant may need to adapt to working in different clinical environments such as Frailty SDEC (front door area).

Registered Nurse Role. Looks after Acute frail patients - part of Hfop service. Needs to be able to do clinical role and work well with the rest of the MDT. Has good communication skills, has passion and compassion for Hfop patients.
This is a Band 5 RN permanent role, ward is called Capener-ACE based on RDUH.
Working Pattern:37.5hours per week, LD or nights
