A charitable healthcare provider in Ashford is looking for a Wellbeing Practitioner. This part-time role involves assessing patients’ needs and supporting them and their families through palliative care. We are seeking well-motivated and forward-thinking professionals to join our multi-disciplinary team, in supporting patients across East Kent.
As a member of the wider clinical team, the successful candidate will be involved in assessing and developing appropriate plans of intervention and support for patients and their families, acting as a resource in providing advice on active palliative care management.
This role is offered on a part-time basis of 30 hours per week at our Ashford Hospice site. Working patterns will be Monday-Thursday 8.30-4.30. This is a band 3 position with pay between £19,949.60 – £21.278.40 per annum pro rata depending on experience.
