A global testing organization in Harrogate, UK is hiring a Test Centre Administrator to support candidates in their exam journey. This role requires welcoming customers, ensuring secure exam delivery, and providing excellent service. The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in English and Maths, have customer service experience, and be flexible in working hours, including weekends. This permanent position involves a pay rate of £13.37 per hour for a minimum of 18 hours per month, with additional hours available.

As a Test Centre Administrator, you will be an important part of our worldwide organisation, working with a team of colleagues to help customers through their learning and assessment journey. You will be responsible for supporting many different types of test-taking candidates visiting Pearson VUE Test Centres to complete exams/tests, while providing secure exam delivery and excellent customer service in a professional environment.

Our ideal applicant will be a true team player with availability to work a variety of shifts from Monday through Saturday. Test Centres operate early mornings, late nights and weekends, so flexibility is required.
This is a wonderful opportunity to help people during an important event while protecting the Pearson VUE exams/testing process. We are looking for a friendly and professional team player with school qualifications in English and Maths. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is advantageous. You must be flexible to work different days and times and comfortable in a quiet testing environment, with excellent attention to detail, monitoring for restricted behaviour and noticing details from a distance. You should be able to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from exam/testing rooms.
