A global testing organization in King's Lynn is looking for a Test Centre Administrator to ensure secure exam delivery while providing exceptional customer service. You will greet and check-in candidates, proctor exams, and manage technical issues in the Test Centre environment. The ideal candidate will have school qualifications in English and Maths, experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to work flexibly on weekends. This is a permanent position with a pay rate of £13.37 per hour.

As a Test Centre Administrator you will support many different types of test‑taking candidates visiting our Test Centres to complete one of our exams/tests. You will provide secure exam delivery while offering an exceptional customer service in a comfortable, friendly environment.
You will be a friendly and professional team‑player with school qualifications in English and Maths. Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage. You must be flexible to work different days and times in a quiet testing environment, with excellent attention to detail, and be able to sit for long periods and escort candidates to and from the exam room.
