Job summary

A prominent construction consultancy is looking for an Apprentice Project Manager in Manchester. This role involves supporting project management, from planning to delivery of construction projects. Candidates will complete a 4.5-year Chartered Surveyor degree apprenticeship. Responsibilities include working with teams, managing tasks, and liaising with clients while developing skills to advance in the construction industry. A Levels and GCSEs in Maths and English are required. This position offers comprehensive training and on-the-job experience.

Qualifications

  • A Level BBB (or equivalent) /128 UCAS tariff points required.
  • 5 GCSE's A-C including Maths and English or equivalent needed.
  • Good working knowledge of current IT systems is important.
  • Demonstrate a trustworthy and reliable nature.

Responsibilities

  • Support the line manager with daily tasks related to projects.
  • Assist in project task management, report writing, and contract preparation.
  • Attend site meetings and provide clear meeting notes.
  • Liaise with project leads to maintain schedules and project efficacy.
