Qualifications

• Significant experience in an appropriate industry environment required.
• GCSE Maths and English (grade C or above or equivalent) necessary.
• Relevant industry-related qualification in Electronics (minimum Level 3) needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review learner progress in line with customer expectations.
• Provide portfolio-building advice and guidance.
• Support, motivate, and coach learners through their apprenticeship programme.
• Ensure compliance with awarding organisation, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements.
• Deliver scheduled visits and complete all required documentation.

Skills
