The Partner Account Manager (PAM) – New Partner Agreements is responsible for identifying, negotiating, and onboarding new strategic partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion. This role focuses on building strong partner pipelines, closing new partner agreements, and ensuring a smooth handover to Partner Success Manager once agreements are signed.
You will work cross-functionally with Market Planning, Legal, Finance, Product, and Partner Success Manager teams to structure commercially viable agreements while aligning with company strategy and compliance requirements.
Identify, prospect, and engage potential new partners aligned with the company’s go‑to‑market strategy.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new partner agreements, from initial outreach through contract execution.
Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing, contract terms, and partnership structures.
Collaborate with Market Planning, Legal and Finance teams to ensure contracts meet regulatory, commercial, and risk requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new partner opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Present partnership value propositions, product capabilities, and commercial models to prospective partners.
Coordinate partner onboarding and ensure a smooth transition to Partner Success Manager.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities.
Accurately forecast new partner revenue and report on sales performance.
Fluency in English is mandatory, with another language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) a plus.
2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partner acquisition.
Proven track record of closing new business or partnership agreements.
Experience negotiating commercial contracts and working with legal teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Experience in SaaS, Financial Services, Data, Risk, or Compliance environments preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Partner relationship building.

Strong organisational and time management skills.
