Responsibilities

• Comply with required health and safety standards.
• Ensure acceptable standards of housekeeping.
• Prepare and assemble/build orthoses as required.
• Work to the required standard lead times.
• Deliver the right first-time Orthotics.
• Maintain production and inspection records.
• Participate in improvement projects.
• Inform Team Leader of production discrepancies.

Skills

Adaptable to learning new processes

Comfortable with tools and machinery

Prior manufacturing experience

Experience in orthotic devices

Education

GCSE Level Maths and English or an alternative apprentice qualification

Manufacturing apprenticeship or similar
