Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact, greeting and welcoming patients.
  • Make and receive telephone calls.
  • Liaise with suppliers and chase orders.
  • Converse with clinicians to resolve patient issues.
  • Handle patient files and confidential information.
  • Book goods and ensure items are available for clinic appointments.
