A global media group in the UK is looking for an Events Executive to manage logistics for their events in the nutrition sector. This hybrid role involves liaising with venues and suppliers, creating event materials, and supporting event delivery. The ideal candidate has experience in event organisation, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics. We have offices in Gatwick, Brighton and London, UK; Montpellier, France; Singapore and Chicago, US. In line with the Company’s current Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our Gatwick & Brighton office and to work remotely for the rest of the week.

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an Events Executive to help manage the logistics for our global events in the nutrition sector. Working closely with the Head of Event Operations, the Event Executive will play a key role in the day-to-day organisation and delivery of events. This includes coordinating key operational elements, liaising with venues, award entrants, sponsors, and speakers, and supporting the smooth running of events both in the lead-up and on the day itself.
