Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a prototype, EV, or high voltage battery environment.
• Familiarity with battery build processes, including Stack, Pack or module assembly.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, schematics or technical documentation.
• Experience working within a fast paced engineering or manufacturing setting.
• Strong problem solving skills, with the ability to diagnose build issues and support corrective actions.

• Provide leadership to the team of Prototype Battery Builders.

• Participate in daily team briefs and share updates.
• Maintain high workplace standards through 5S principles.
