Qualifications

• Demonstrable leadership experience.
• Experience in vehicle conversion (mechanical/electrical).
• Technician experience in a garage or dealership.
• Fabrication, glazing and electrical abilities desirable.
• Experience working with MoD and/or Automotive OEMs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technician Team.
• Monitor daily performance and provide coaching.
• Deliver workshop support for complex engineering programmes.
• Assist in the strip, modification, and rebuild of vehicles.
• Conduct administrative tasks including performance reporting.
