Job summary

A well-established engineering and project services organisation is seeking Quantity Surveyors in Manchester for a 9-month contract. The ideal candidates will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and a minimum of 2 years' experience managing high-volume, lower-value projects, particularly under NEC contracts. Responsibilities include administering contracts, managing commercial aspects, and drafting tenders. This role involves working closely with delivery teams and multiple stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience.
• Experience managing high-volume, lower-value projects.

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC contracts from initiation through to close-out.
• Manage commercial aspects of multiple concurrent work packages.
