As Aftersales Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the service and parts departments, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, strong financial results, and an efficient, motivated team. You will lead from the front, embedding best practice processes and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and motivate the aftersales team across service and parts
• Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and retention performance
• Drive departmental profitability and productivity
• Monitor and improve KPIs, efficiencies and workshop loading
• Ensure compliance with BMW standards and operating procedures
• Develop team members through coaching, and performance management
• Manage budgets, forecasts and cost control
• Build strong relationships with customers and manufacturer partners

Qualifications

• Proven experience in an Aftersales Manager or senior Service Management role within the automotive sector
