You will mentor a team of CAD technicians and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant drawings using programs like Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will have a HNC/HND in Civil Engineering and strong communication and leadership skills. Qualifications

• EngTech MICE / TIStructE or working towards it.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software.

Qualifications

• HNC/HND in Civil Engineering (ICE accredited).
• EngTech MICE / TIStructE or working towards it.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit & AutoCAD (Microstation and CADS RC a bonus).
• Strong knowledge of UK technical standards, CDM regulations, and BIM.
• Excellent team leadership and communication skills.
