As a Production Support Administrator at Terex, based in Omagh, you’ll play a pivotal role in assisting to produce equipment that helps improve the lives of people around the world.

Career Key Responsibilities / What you’ll do

Production Coordination

  • Organising and planning the Coalville main build kits and fabricated components and counting of finished goods.
  • Planning Coalville fabrications shortages from the Cookstown road site and through the Paint shop area. Completion of docket receipt / record collection.
  • Support the implementation of quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Input data and accurately maintain production records, logs, and reports.
  • Monitor production progress and prepare status reports for management.
  • Manage scheduling of meetings and production timelines.
  • Organise and maintain filing systems (both digital and hard copy) for all production documentation.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and other administrative materials as required for production.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external queries related to production.
  • Escalate complex problems to the Production Manager promptly.
  • Co-ordinating continuous improvement documentation and follow-up with relevant teams.
  • Maintain clear communication between production teams, support departments, and management.

Experience Level
  • Previous experience in production coordination, project coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities.
