Job summary

A leading support services provider in Prudhoe is looking for a passionate Team Leader to oversee their supported living service. As a Team Leader, you will work with the Service Manager to ensure high standards of care, supervise a dedicated team of Support Workers, and promote independence among service users. Candidates should have an NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, and proven experience in a supervisory role.
