As a General Sales Manager, you will guide and support a team that includes Business Managers, Sales Executives and colleagues in customer‑facing roles. Your focus will be to create a consistent, well‑structured sales process through regular coaching, clear communication and active involvement in customer interactions.
In this role, you will help your team sell new and used vehicles, as well as additional products such as finance options. You will work with your team to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level. You will also oversee sales campaigns and promotions, ensuring they are effective, ethical and aligned with our company values.
