We’re seeking an experienced General Sales Manager who can build on our strong foundations and guide this talented, motivated team to the next level.

About the role:

As a General Sales Manager, you will guide and support a team that includes Business Managers, Sales Executives and colleagues in customer‑facing roles. Your focus will be to create a consistent, well‑structured sales process through regular coaching, clear communication and active involvement in customer interactions.

In this role, you will help your team sell new and used vehicles, as well as additional products such as finance options. You will work with your team to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level. You will also oversee sales campaigns and promotions, ensuring they are effective, ethical and aligned with our company values.

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong track record in the motor industry. You will need to show your ability to improve sales performance, profitability and overall efficiency. Strong leadership and people‑support skills are essential, as your main responsibility is to help your team achieve their goals.
