• Experience of working within a finance position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the finance payables inbox and ensure timely responses.
• Help deal with supplier queries and provide accurate information.
• Match purchase orders to supplier invoices to maintain compliance.
• Process supplier invoices and payments efficiently.
• Assist with the weekly payment run to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities across the team.
• Help maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with bank postings and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support month-end processes.
