• 5 years + Asset Management experience in an infrastructure sector.
• Experience in mechanical or building systems desirable, but not essential.
• Able to work cross-functionally and manage multiple scenarios.

• Develop infrastructure and asset management plans aligned to ISO 55000.
• Lead development and prioritisation of investment needs.
• Collaborate with various teams to deliver capital investment schemes.
