• Educated to degree level in a relevant technical discipline, preferably related to PGM Chemistry.
• Have experience managing a team and coaching others.
• Excellent communications ability, both in writing and presenting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a global market research team focusing on PGM demand applications.
• Develop forecasting models to analyse business indicators and forecast demand for PGM.
• Prepare and present reports in areas impacting PGM supply and demand.
