Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in water/wastewater sector.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver large scale and complex projects.
• Strong commercial understanding of NEC4 contract conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and promote HS&E standards across all projects.
• Manage customer and stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Develop and enact a resource plan for project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and timelines.
• Build relationships with clients and supply chain partners.

Skills

Programme Management experience within the water sector

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong negotiation skills

IT Literate

Ability to make autonomous decisions

Capable of strategic planning

Track record of effective staff development

Education

Preferably degree level qualified
