Responsibilities

• Greet residents and visitors warmly, handling queries and assisting with maintenance requests.
• Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies.
• Conduct regular site walk-arounds and monitor CCTV for safety.
• Handle and record deliveries for residents.
• Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.
• Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.
• Offer local area advice and recommendations.

• Annual Salary:£26,000

• Hours/Working Pattern:Monday to Friday, 11pm-7am

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcome and Assist: Greet residents and visitors warmly, making them feel at home. Handle queries and assist with maintenance requests.

• Problem-Solving: Address issues promptly, from maintenance to emergencies, and escape concerns to the building manager as needed.

• Security: Conduct regular site walk-arounds, check IDs, and monitor CCTV to maintain building safety.

• Parcel Management: Handle and record deliveries for residentsensuring a smooth communication and pick up.

• Maintain Presentation: Keep the concierge area and lobby looking presentable.

• Safety Checks:Looking out for H&S hazards on site patrol,Assist with fire alarm, emergency lighting, and smoke vent testing.

• Local Knowledge: Offer advice and recommendations about the local area to enhance residents’ experience.

What You'll Bring:
