• Previous recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with ATS systems (Workday desirable).

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers for recruitment needs.
• Post roles across job boards and social channels.
• Screen applicants against agreed criteria and coordinate interviews.
• Deliver excellent customer service to both hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment administration using Workday ATS.
