Job summary

A leading health provider in Bristol is seeking a part-time Administrator to support the Electronic Assistive Technology Service. In this role, you will handle appointments, manage the patient database, and coordinate with healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage workloads in a busy environment. This position offers a salary range of £24,937 - £26,598 pro rata per annum and requires a commitment to patient care and support.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role.
  • Experience in a pressurised environment and team settings.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate appointments for patients and external professionals.
  • Manage and maintain the electronic patient database.
  • Order and manage equipment stock for the service.

Skills

Extensive administrative experience within a pressured environment

Education

GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths
