Qualifications

• Proven Fit Out background and/or estimating experience.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage workload efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and define client briefs from site visits.
• Liaise with teams and coordinate inclusive estimates.
• Establish tender opportunities by understanding specifications.
• Accurately calculate take-offs from drawings.
• Attend site/tender walkthroughs for guidance.

Skills

Fit-out contracting background

Experience in estimating and quoting

Good understanding of Building regulations

Strong communication skills

Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Word and Excel

Full UK Driving licence
