Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects.
• Measure quantities from drawings and specifications.

• Prepare and agree interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
• Work closely with site managers and project teams to control costs.

Skills

Proven experience in a Quantity Surveyor or Estimator role within construction
