Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience estimating for a General Contractor in retail/commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, processes, and cost controls.
• Experience in reviewing bids and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project bid documents and drawings.
• Conduct quantity takeoffs for all trades using company software.
• Collaborate to assemble and review final proposal packages.
