This role involves supporting sustainability projects, conducting environmental inspections, and ensuring compliance with various sustainability standards. Ideal candidates will be passionate about reducing carbon emissions and have knowledge of construction sustainability schemes like BREEAM and LEED. This position provides flexibility and promotes collaborative work across teams.

Qualifications

• Passion for sustainability and reducing resource use and carbon emissions.
• Knowledge of construction sustainability schemes, such as BREEAM/CEEQUAL/LEED/WELL.
• Experience in environmental management systems and relevant legislation.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Enjoy collaborative work with different teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of sustainability targets like BREEAM and LEED.
• Conduct environmental inspections to maintain compliance.
• Chair meetings to drive the sustainability agenda.
• Collate sustainability metrics and report progress.
• Support delivery of Building for a Sustainable World framework.
