This role involves supporting sustainability projects, conducting environmental inspections, and ensuring compliance with various sustainability standards. Ideal candidates will be passionate about reducing carbon emissions and have knowledge of construction sustainability schemes like BREEAM and LEED. This position provides flexibility and promotes collaborative work across teams.

Overview

We're looking for a Environmental Sustainability Advisor to join our Southern team, based in Southampton.

Location: Southampton - office based, with regular travel to our sites across the Southern region.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Responsibilities

As an Environmental Sustainability Advisor, you'll be working within the Environmental team, supporting them in delivering sustainability outcomes for our key clients. Your day to day will include:

• Supporting on projects to ensure successful delivery of sustainability targets (BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Carbon, Waste)
• Conducting environmental inspections and maintaining environmental compliance
• Chairing meetings with the project team and supply chain to drive the sustainability agenda
• collating sustainability metrics and reporting progress against project objectives
• Supporting the delivery of our Building for a Sustainable World framework
