At Royal Caribbean Cruises, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our UK team on an 18-month paid apprenticeship programme, starting on 1st September 2026. As a Department Apprentice with one of our teams listed below, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and insight into various functions within our organisation, this role is ideal for someone eager to learn and develop a broad skill set in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
At the end of the 18‑month placement you will gain a Level 3 Business Administration qualification, and you will have access to a number of support resources to support your personal and professional development.

This is an office‑based role from our Weybridge Surrey office. Working hours are 9am‑5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You will be immersed into a culture of inclusivity, diversity and belongingness.
Please note, as part of the L3 qualification you will gain a broad knowledge of various functional skills such as Maths & English. As well as in on‑the‑job support.
