Job summary

A luxury yacht line is seeking a Third Engineer who will fulfill a key role supporting technical operations onboard. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. Ideal candidates should have a valid STCW Engineer Officer license and experience with luxury shipboard equipment. This position requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to participate in emergency procedures. Flexibility in working hours is expected in alignment with company standards.

Qualifications

• Valid STCW certification appropriate to position required.
• Previous experience as a cruise vessel Watchkeeping Engineer preferred.
• Must be physically able to participate in emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technical operations meet Environmental, Safety, and Security standards.
• Supervise maintenance and repairs while overseeing crew tasks.
• Initiate emergency response actions as required.
