We are currently recruiting for a General Manager to lead our Vertu Toyota Ayr dealership.

You will be responsible for delivering policies and processes. Additionally, you will ensure that applicable legislation and health and safety for customers and colleagues are given priority.

The successful candidate will possess prior experience as a General Manager in the motor retail sector, demonstrating a proven record of delivering outstanding results in profitability, customer focus, and colleague engagement. We are offering a competitive basic salary with an OTE range of £100,000 - £120,000 depending upon experience, a Toyota company vehicle, and the opportunity to earn over performance bonuses along with the following Vertu Motors General Manager benefits:
