Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager (New and Used) to join the team here at Vertu Toyota Glasgow. We are offering a Basic Salary of £35,000 with an OTE of £50,000 plus company benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the sales team and be pivotal in building and presenting deals to customers following qualification from the sales team.
  • Ensure understanding of all aspects of financial and insurance product regulations to provide accurate information.
  • Support the department in delivering the Group's ActiveSales process and drive performance to achieve targets.
  • Assist with daily actions and direct customer interaction, with first and second facing customer activity at its heart.
  • Serve and support sales colleagues to sell a combination of new and/or used vehicles with add-on products such as finance, paint protection, warranty and insurances while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate ability to work under pressure, build relationships, negotiate effectively, communicate clearly, and use initiative; hold a full and valid UK Driving Licence.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a business or sales management role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial and insurance product regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
