The successful candidate will lead a dedicated sales team, manage finance products, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers uncapped on-target earnings up to £45,000 per annum based on performance and a full benefits package, including training and a pension scheme. Strong background in sales management preferred. Candidates must have a valid UK driving licence and local commuting capability.

Qualifications

• Prior or present experience in motorcycle sales management is preferred.

• Lead and support the sales team to meet dealership targets.
• Manage finance-related products and automotive warranties.
• Resolve queries regarding warranties and motorcycle features.
• Introduce customers to the Service Department as needed.
