Qualifications

New/Used Motorcycle Sales Manager – Chester Road Motorcycles (Shotton)

A basic salary with the potential earnings of up to £45,000 per annum, plus variable incentive. Opportunity to work with a long‑established group and stable brand in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealership’s sales team, finance, finance‑related products and automotive warranties to reach and exceed sales targets.
• Resolve queries from the sales team regarding warranties, service arrangements, and introduce customers to the Service Department where appropriate.
• Demonstrate motorcycle features, provide support, and seek every sales opportunity.

Qualifications

• Prior or current experience in motorcycle sales management (1 year required).
• Positive and helpful attitude, drive, energy and commitment to pursue sales opportunities.
• UK driving licence with minimal points (car licence required).
• Will willingness to live locally or commute easily to Shotton.
