A leading technology firm is seeking a Senior People Business Partner for their Edinburgh office to drive people programs and manage employee relations. This position requires experience in a high-growth environment, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will work closely with local leadership and serve as a trusted coach for managers, ensuring effective operations and compliance with local practices.

We are seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join our Global People Team, based in our Edinburgh, Scotland office. This is a critical role that provides high-touch support to Addepar’s UK employee base. As a key partner to local leadership across R&D, GTM, and G&A, you will bridge the gap between global strategy and local execution.
You will report to the Regional Director, People Business Partner (based in London), and serve as a trusted coach to managers, an expert in UK employee relations, and a primary driver of people programs in the region. This role is ideal for a professional who excels in high-growth environments and thrives on building relationships across diverse functional teams.
