Job summary

A leading investment technology startup in the UK is seeking a Senior Executive to join their Commercial Team. This pivotal role involves acquiring new Enterprise customers primarily in the Private Equity sector and building strategic relationships. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a commercial role, with excellent relationship-building skills and business fluency in English. Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a commercial role, ideally within the private investment market.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A results-oriented, impact-driven mindset.
  • Customer-centricity and operational excellence in SaaS sales.
  • Business-level fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new Enterprise customers across our markets.
  • Co-build a commercial acquisition strategy for new customer segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with General Partners, CFOs, and Angel investors.
  • Understand customer pain points to develop specific account plans.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape to create winning proposals.
  • Collaborate with teams to develop best practices for increasing customer engagement.
  • Create business cases demonstrating the value of using our platform.
  • Nurture client relationships to ensure long-term retention.
