Job summary

A leading life sciences organization in Kent seeks a part-time Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Assistant. In this role, you will support safety compliance across R&D sites, assist in conducting workplace inspections, and manage documentation related to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Occupational Safety or Environmental Health and practical experience in health and safety. This position offers a competitive rate of £20/hour and requires onsite work with occasional travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Proven practical work experience within a health and safety role.
• Ability to manage documentation and coordinate multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and adherence to Safe Systems of Work.
• Manage site schedules for statutory inspections and compliance.
• Assist in managing documentation related to Declaration of Conformity.
