Responsibilities

• Oversee financial strategy and day-to-day operations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
• Act as Company Secretary, managing board meetings.
• Implement new accounting software in early 2026.
• Manage statutory accounts and external audits.
