About The Role:

Varied shift rota with flexibility to support the business as required, 8 hour shifts predominantly days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate frontline teams to deliver cleaning and presentation tasks effectively.
• Allocate work, monitor progress and ensure all tasks meet required standards.
• Support Duty Managers with operational decision‑making and shift planning.
• Conduct quality checks and address any issues or performance gaps.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to colleagues.
• Maintain Health & Safety compliance and promote safe working practices.
• Communicate clearly during each shift, ensuring accurate handovers with other teams.
• Report incidents, issues or supply shortages promptly.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in aviation, cleaning, FM, hospitality or other fast‑paced operational roles.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide frontline teams.
• Good communication, organisation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable, proactive and confident working under pressure.
• Committed to high standards, safety and teamwork.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Willingness to undergo and pass vetting that is to CAA regulations, and security clearance.
