Candidates should have extensive experience in IT management, strong vendor relations, and the ability to engage non-technical stakeholders. The role emphasizes communication, autonomy, and a polished professional approach. Competitive salary and benefits package included with the opportunity to influence a well-known luxury brand.
MCS Group is proud to be exclusively partnering with Lunn's Jewellers, Northern Ireland's most prestigious luxury jeweller, as they seek to appoint a Service Delivery Manager on a full-time basis. This role will initially be offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent for the right individual.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take ownership of IT service delivery within a highly respected, heritage luxury brand at a key point in its digital transformation journey.
Founded in 1954, Lunn's Jewellers has been a cornerstone of Northern Ireland's luxury retail landscape for over three generations. From its flagship showroom in Queen's Arcade, Belfast, Lunn's has grown to include additional showrooms in Victoria Square and Shipquay Street, alongside dedicated brand boutiques for Rolex, OMEGA, TUDOR, Breitling, TAG Heuer and Montblanc.
Renowned for representing many of the world's most prestigious watch and jewellery brands, Lunn's is a family-owned business that places people, relationships and excellence at the heart of everything it does. With a strong reputation for quality, integrity and client service, this is a business where professionalism and values genuinely matter.
As Lunn's continues to invest in its systems, infrastructure and digital capabilities, this role will play a critical part in ensuring technology enables - rather than distracts from - a world-class client experience.
As Service Delivery Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for IT across the business, operating in a standalone capacity and working closely with senior stakeholders, third-party suppliers and managed service providers.
Lunn's is currently undergoing a significant systems journey, including:
You will ensure these systems are delivered, supported and continuously improved in a secure, compliant and business-focused manner.
This is a highly visible role, requiring a polished, professional approach and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders across the business.
This role will suit a senior IT generalist or service delivery professional who is comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership.
