Birkbeck, University of London, is looking for a Programme Administrator to join the Faculty of Science on a full-time, permanent basis this Spring 2026.
As a Programme Administrator, joining the Faculty of Science, you will collaborate closely with academic staff and professional services teams. You will take on a variety of key responsibilities including:
This opportunity at Birkbeck would build on experience as: Programme Officer, Research Degrees Officer, Course Administrator, Education Administrator. This role requires two days a week on site at the University's office.

Salary: £31,234 rising to £34,827 per year, Grade 4 on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated London Weighting Allowance.
