## About the role**About the role:**We’re looking for a Department Owner to join as the first hire in our Strategy & Operations team, responsible for **driving efficiencies, scaling processes, and enhancing customer outcomes**.You’ll own and optimise our Quality Assurance (QA) function within the Operations division. This is your chance to have a massive impact from day one - **redesigning processes from first-principles and using analytics to uncover insights** that drive operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
