Qualifications

• Experience in residential development, consulting engineering or housebuilding.
• Working knowledge of the house building industry.
• Experience of multi-site management of infrastructure design and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations (section 278 / 38 / 104, SuDS, Building Regulations, Warranty Technical Manuals, CDM).
